Our mailing service* includes inserting your cards into your envelopes, sealing, addressing, and mailing via the USPS. All you have to do is email a Microsoft Excel® spreadsheet containing your members' names and addresses and we’ll take it from there. Format your spreadsheet like this:
IF YOU ORDER LESS THAN 500 GREETING CARDS we will mail your cards using a First-Class mail postage stamp. Your return address will appear in the upper left corner of your envelopes, and can be printed in either one color (illustrated on the top envelope), or two colors (illustrated on the bottom envelope) as shown here:

IF YOU ORDER 500 OR MORE GREETING CARDS we will mail your cards with the USPS's less expensive presort marketing service, formerly known as bulk rate, unless you instruct us otherwise. Your imprint will appear on the front of your envelopes. Your return address can be printed in either one color (illustrated on the top envelope), or two colors (illustrated on the bottom envelope) as shown here:
Note that the destination address in the center, and the bar code in the lower right corner, always appear in black.
We will print the copy RETURN SERVICE REQUESTED under your return address as shown above. This instructs the USPS to return any undeliverable envelopes to your Union hall rather than discarding the undeliverable mail. The USPS will charge you $.78 for each undeliverable envelope that they return to your Union hall. This small fee is worth it because it will assist you in keeping your Local Union's member database current.
